Museveni Officiates At 48th Police Council Meeting
President Yoweri Museveni has this afternoon officiated at the 28th Police Council Meeting in Naguru.
President Museveni gave guidance to the police leadership that security must always be managed according to peculiar realities and available resources of a jurisdiction like Uganda.

” In the case of Uganda, we need a patriotic and pan African security force, to make use of the technical force multipliers like canine dogs, CCTV and forensics instead to supplement the number of people in the force. This way, we are better equipped to handle issues of welfare, training and equipment,” he stated .
