Uganda’s Media Center Boss Kasujja Urges New MPs To Tell Uganda’s Progressive Agenda
At the conclusion of the week-long induction seminar for Members of the 12th Parliament at Speke Resort Munyonyo, the Media Center ED , Mr.Alan Kasujja has challenged the legislators to champion Uganda’s story without losing their own voices.
“History will not measure you by the political party you joined, but by whether you led with purpose,” citing leaders such as Benedicto Kiwanuka and Rebecca Kadaga as examples.
Kasujja urged MPs to aggressively project Uganda’s positive progress. He noted they must confidently tell the country’s story without losing their individual legislative voices.

He noted that many citizens have lost trust in Parliament due to past public resource scandals. He explicitly stated that the new lawmakers must prove their commitment to public service rather than personal enrichment.
: Kasujja called for a total system reset focused on extreme transparency, accountability, and the protection of parliamentary honor.
He highlighted that modern leaders must move away from simply chasing digital vanity metrics and instead utilize strategic communication to protect national reputations and prevent political pitfalls
The multi-day retreat at served as an intensive orientation for the 12th Parliament. The program concluded on Saturday, July 4, 2026, focusing heavily on core parliamentary decorum, legislative drafting, and public financial accountability.
