The National Steering Committee of the Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Committee, chaired by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Works and Transport , Mr. Waiswa Bageya, convened at the Ministry and adopted recommendations of the Technical Committee aimed at enhancing collaboration.
The collaboration will ensure effective response in the unfortunate event of an aircraft crash or marine accident in the region.
