He also called upon Ugandans to remain peaceful and vigilant ahead of the 2026 Presidential elections in Uganda stating that suspects who will attempt to cause chaos during the General Elections will be dealt with.
The same was said by Ugandas Chief of Defence Forces General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who said that the UPDF will be on the ground monitoring the situation during the General Elections.
