Col Edith Nakalema has bounced back as the head of the new State House investors protectorate unit which has been created by President Yoweri Museveni as he promised the Ugandan people on labour day .
After Museveni delivering on his promise , the new unit will protect investors against corrupt, thieving Ugandan government officials who create to much red tape and ask for bribes that affecting the country’s foreign direct investments .
Col Nakalema was heading the State House Anti-Corruption Unit before she was sent on a one-year training at the National Defence College in Jinja in 2021.
