One of Uganda’s football giants SC Villa players have been involved in a bus accident at Mijeera along the Kampala -Gulu higway . They were travelling to Gulu for their Stanbic Uganda Cup match.
The bus suffered a tire burst and overturned leaving several players with minor injuries .”None of the players suffered life threatening injuries .
Villa is slated to play the Super Eagles in the round of 64 match on Sunday at Pece Stadium in Gulu city.
