President Museveni Appoints And Reshuffles RDCs As Kateregga Musaazi Is Elevated , Hudu Hussein Kept In Masaka
President Yoweri Museveni has appointed new RDCs and also reshuffled others in a major shake-up which political observers say is a preparation for the 2026 general elections. The office of the Presidency says the new appointments are meant to ensure effective service delivery to the Ugandan people and monitor implementation of government programs .
