OBORE BOUNCES BACK AT PARLIAMENT
Chris Obore, Parliament’s Director of Communications and Public Affairs who was sent on forced leave two years ago under controversial circumstances is back at his job a day after a new parliament leadership was elected in office.
Obore was in September 2019 sent on accumulated forced leave and denied access to his office when an investigation was launched by the IGG on grounds that his recruitment was illegal. Obore’s attempt to secure a court injunction was futile as he was thrown out of parliament.
Now that’s history . Obore is back at his job and since been visited by the new speaker Jacob Oulanyah .
It should be noted that Obore had a frosty relation with former Speaker Rebecca Kadaga even though she had head-hunted him for the converted job.
