Members of the National Citizenship and Immigration Board (MCIB) have visited the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) and taken on a guided tour of the Entebbe international Airport expansion project works .
the MCIB board was led by their acting chair Ms. Beatrice Lagada. They were taken on the inspection tour by the UCAA General Manager of Entebbe Airport Mr. Emmanuel Barungi.
The MCIB team also got first hand information about the challenges faced by their staff in order to find solutions to ensure seamless facilitation passengers at the airport , UCAA Public Affairs manager Mr. Vianney Mpungu Luggya stated .
Luggya said that Barungi stressed the need for all airport stakeholders to exhibit high standards and uphold the image of the airport while interacting with passengers . This , he noted is aimed at ensurng a better passenger experince .
