MUSEVENI APPOINTS NEW AMBASSADORS ,RESHUFFLES OTHERS

By exercising the powers given to him by Uganda’s national constitution , President Museveni has appointed new ambassadors and reshuffled others.
Former Daily Monitor journalist and MP Paul Amoru has been has been sent to head Uganda’s mission in South Africa based in Pretoria . He replaces Barbara Nekesa Oundo was recalled after the hotly contested January general elections and appointed the NRM Party national Treasurer .

Long serving army general Lt.Gen. Charles Angina will head the mission in Cairo Egypt.
