President Yoweri Museveni and First Lady Janet have welcomed and hosted Pastor Enoch Adeboye and his dear wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Folu Adeboye, the global leaders of the Redeemed Christian Church of God from Nigeria, at State House Entebbe.
Christianity has added value to our ancient African cultures. Teachings such as loving your neighbour, loving even those with whom you disagree instead of seeking revenge, and the parable of the Good Samaritan are consistent with the NRM principle of putting interests above identity.
These values have strengthened our heritage as a people. We are grateful to Pastor Adeboye and all our friends who have come to witness the consecration of our daughter, Patience, as a Bishop tomorrow in Maya.
