Police have arrested a 23 year old private security guard Hillary Byaruhanga attached to don world Security Ltd who fled on sunday evening after shooting and killing city businessman Anthony Mutinisa (53) the proprietor of Mutinisa Motors Uganda.
The suspect allegedly shot Mutinisa in cold blood on Sunday evening and fled with the victim’s vehicle registration number UA 769 BQ , which has been recovered in Katwe Cell, Kihihi Town Council in Kanungu. The suspect was in the company of Mark Akampa who has also been arrested .
Kampala Deputy police spokesman, Luke Oweyesigyire, said the killer gun was SAR with four rounds was found at the scene of the crime .
