Anti -Corruption Nude Protestors Arrested Outside Parliament, Remanded At Luzira Prison
Anti-corruption protestors who stripped naked near the parliamentary buildings while carrying placards with obscene wordings have been produced in court at Buganda road and remanded to Luzira prisons on charges of being a public nuisance .
The young women were protesting against corruption in Parliament. They stripped naked before they were arrested by police female officers .
The protestors also demanded accountability from the Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) about the recent tragedy at the Kiteezi landfill.
They were remanded and will be produce in court again on October 12,2024.
