President Yoweri Museveni has visited Isunga Police Station in Kagadi District which he together with his NRA fighter raided in 1981 and captured guns for the five year bush war .
Museveni said that on February 6, 1981, the NRA fighters who mounted a five year war against Milton Obote’s government had 27 guns they used to Kabamba Barracks, where they captured military hardware before they advanced to Isunga Police Station in Kagadi district..
At Isunga, they overran the station and captured an RPG-7B gun, a valuable addition to their limited arsenal.
