Government will commit at least UG. SHS. 30bn in increased funding for political parties , President Yoweri Museveni has said. he was officiating at the the flagging off of 68,000 yellow bicycles that will be given to all NRM chairmen at the village level
Museveni further revealed that the NRM party was also in the process to procure motorcycles for its leaders at the sub county level to facilite mobilisation activities and all help in monitoring government programs .
The President who is also the NRM Party national chairman said that more investments will be undertaken to boost the party’s funding to cater for logistical support services including the payment of rent for party offices across the country .
