FIVE DEAD,SEVEN INJURED IN KABUSU ACCIDENT

At least five people have been confirmed dead and seven others injured in a motor accident at t Kabuusu round about in Rubaga Division.
Traffic Police said a Truck Reg no UBH 321T Isuzu Elf failed to break and rammed into boda boda riders . Some of the deceased have been identified as Florence Nansubuga, a passenger on the bike, Gerald Ssemata, Semei Ndondo , a one Ssenfuma and onother unidentified person .
Traffic Police spokesperson Ms.Faridah Nampiima, said five males and two females were injured and are admitted in hospital.
“The cause of the accident has been attributed to the Isuzu ELF truck which lost control while coming from Rubaga road- rammed and knocked five motorcycles and bicycle at Kabuusu roundabout.” Said Nampiima
The bodies of the deceased were taken to the KCCA mortuary for postmortem while the injured victims are under going treatment at Mulago Referral Hospital.
