First Deputy Prime Minister Kadaga Meets Uganda Airlines Officials As National Carrier Expands Routes

The 1st Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of EAC Affairs , Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga has to day held discussions with CEO of Uganda Airlines, Jenifer Bamuturaki about the company’s operations with the East African region . The meeting took place at Ministry of East African Community Affairs Uganda offices in Kampala.
Accompanying Bamuturaki were the Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Adedayo Olawuyi, and the Manager of Government Relations and Routes Coordinator , Mr. Deo Nyanz.
Officials at the 1DPM/Minister for EAC Affairs office said Kadaga and the Uganda Airlines managers discussed issues related to the national carrier’s regional operations and network expansion around the globe.

On 17th/July/24 Uganda Airlines CEO Jenifer Bamuturaki announced the addition of three new routes to its aviation network, which will commenced in September 2024. The latest destinations are Abuja, Lusaka, and Harare. Today the national carrier flies to seventeen destinations which include among others Mumbai, Dubai, Mombasa, Mogadishu, Zanzibar, and Nairobi.
