The Deputy Director General of ISO, Col. Emma Katabazi, on the invitation of Commander Princess Hellen Seku delivered a lecture of opportunity to the Boda Boda Leaders from Kampala and Wakiso who are undergoing Patriotism Development and Leadership Training at Oliver Reginald Tambo School of Leadership.
He also offered a bull for roasting upon completion of the course.
Col. Katabazi also offered to buy 11 special protective gear for female Boda Boda leaders and 100 uniforms for other leaders.
