Busoga Royal Wedding : Muvawala Names Powerful Organising Committee

Busoga Prime Minister Joseph Muvawala , has named a strong organising committee for the much awaited Busoga kingdom royal wedding.
The Kyabazinga (King) of Busoga, William Wilberforce Kadhumbula Gabula Nadiope IV ( 34) years old is set to wed Ms Jovia Mutesi . The wedding ceremony will take place Christ Cathedral Bugembe-Jinja on November 18, 2023.

Eng Patrick Batumbya has been named the wedding committee chairman and will be deputized by Martin Tibalira .
The committee which has big names from the central government , the business community and traditionalists also include , Dr Dorothy Kisaka – special assignments, Milly Babalanda , Justine Lumumba for media and entertainment.
Other Members of the organizing committee are , Mr. David Kazungu, Dr Andrew Nayimnye , Mr Aggrey Kibenge , Hajji Osman Noor, Hajj Swaibu Kitezaala, and omulangira Paul Wanume among others .

The Inhebantu of Busoga, is the title given to the queen consort to the ruler of the Kingdom of Busoga – the Kyabazinga . The most recent Inhebantu before Ms Mutesi was Alice Muloki, who died on November 6, 2005.
The Inhebantu ( Jovia Mutesi ) who is said to be in her late 20s , is a born of Mayuge one of the districts that form Busoga Kingdom and she is born from the family of RDC ,Stanley Bayoole.
