Museveni names Maj Gen Dick Olum new Commander of Mountain Division
Museveni has named Maj Gen Dick Olum the new Commander Mountain Division and Overall Operation Commander for Operation SHUJA in DRC. He replaces Lt.Gen .Kayanja Muhanga who was promoted and appointed the new Commander land Forces .
