Mrs. Penia Sempangi the elderly wife of the Rev.Dr. Kefa Sempangi is dead. She passed in in a Michigan hospital in the USA her family has announced .
She suffered from pneumonia and was put on life support but that didn’t not last long and died a few days later on June 4th 2024.
“Unfortunately, mom did not have Life Insurance at the time of her death. For those who remember, our mother worked tirelessly for the forgotten and less privileged street kids and orphans with Rev. Dr. Kefa Sempangi after Uganda civil wars,” a family statement said .
“She has been a mother to many and giving her life selflessly to the cause of those who were helpless. Funeral arrangements and memorial service will be announced soon.:
