Officers from Kampala City Council Authority KCCA have conducted an operation where they rescued at least 260 street Karamojong children off the streets of Kampala earlier in today. The rescued kids who have been roaming the streets while begging from travelers were transported to Napak where they will be reunited with their families to receive formal education . they will also be equipped with skills for job creation at Kobulin Youth Skills Center.
