The high Court in Kampala has again denied bail to embattled city socialite Nasser Nduhukire aka Don Nasser while noting the gravity of the preferred offences by the Director of Public Prosecution ,(DPP).
Nduhukire who has been on remand is accused of human and drugs trafficking plus sexual offences involving minor girls .
Court agreed with the prosecutors that Nduhukire would jump bail and threaten would be witnessed while interfering with investigations if he were to be released .
Now , court has set December 18th, 2024 to hear his bail application .
