The President , Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni will tomorrow January 3rd, 2026 meet members of Private Security Organisations (PSOs) at Kitante Primary School Grounds in Kampala.
According to the Uganda Private Security Association (TUPSA) Chairman , Grace Matsiko , during the meeting , Gen. Museveni is also expected to deliver his donation to the Private Security Service Providers SACCO- in a major recognition of the sister forces’ contribution to national security and development .
This after Ms.Esteri Mugurwa Akandwanaho, the Chairperson Saracen Uganda ltd was elected to represent Africa on the ICOCA Board of Directors based in Geneva Switzerland .
The Inspector General of Police , Abas Byakagaba has also promised to increase coordination and cooeration between the police and private security providers including but not limited to training activities.
