Lands Minister Ms. Judith Nalule Nabakooba has had a busy Christmas season battling mafias who are threatening people with land evictions in different parts of the country . Hon Nabakooba was in Busalaga,Kasanje town council, Wakiso District where she intervened in a land conflict where people have been evicted and their crops destroyed .
Nabakooba assured the residents that they would not be evicted as her ministry investigates the matter .The Minister instructed that all planned activities on the said land should stop until everyone is heard and issues resolved amicably.
