It was a dramatic night on Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 10 as Mide, Rooboy, and Zita became the latest housemates to be evicted during Sunday’s live eviction show.
The three housemates were shown the door after receiving the lowest number of public votes for the week. The voting results, compiled by Deloitte and confirmed by M-Net, reflected votes cast before polls closed on Thursday.
As soon as the announcement was made, Big Brother wasted no time instructing the evicted trio to pack their bags and leave the house within ten seconds, sending shockwaves through the remaining contestants.
This season of BBNaija launched in July with a two-day premiere. Female housemates were introduced on July 26, followed by the male contestants on July 27, bringing the total number of housemates to 29. Since then, the house has been filled with drama, alliances, and unexpected twists.
So far, 16 housemates have been evicted. Danboskid and Ibifubara were the first to leave the house on August 10. The next day, Sabrina exited the show due to medical reasons. Otega and Kayikunmi followed on August 17, then Victory and Gigi Jasmine were evicted on August 24.
On September 7, Ivatar, Doris, and Big Soso were sent packing, while Denari and Tracy were evicted a week later on September 14. Last weekend brought double eviction surprises: Thelma Lawson and Bright Morgan were evicted right after the Saturday night party, and Joanna and Kuture were shown the door during Sunday’s live show.
