SECURITY GUARD ARRESTED FOR SHOOTING AT BAR REVELLERS
Police at Buloba police Station has arrested a security guard identified as Enock Muyingo for allegedly shooting at a foreign visitor in a bar that he had failed to clear his bills . The guard was attached to Askar security group according to local sources .
