President Yoweri Museveni has re-appointed his son Lt. Gen .Muhoozi Kainerugaba the Commander of the elite UPDF unit -the SFC and Presidential Adviser on Security , according to the army spokesperson , Brg. Gen Flavia Byekwaso.
Others affected in the Mini-reshuffle include Maj Gen. Sabiiti Muzei who has been recalled to UPDF general headquarters and replaced as Deputy Inspector General Of Police by Maj. Gen. Paul Lokech.
Maj Gen James Birungi has been posted to South Sudan for special assignments.
