BNaija All-Stars 2023: Ilebaye Emerges Winner Of All-Stars Edition, Pockets N120M Grand Prize
The highly anticipated BBNaija All-Stars season has finally ended, and Ilebaye Precious Odiniya, a 22-year-old model, has emerged as the winner of the All-Stars edition. This victory makes her the third female housemate to claim the title, following in the footsteps of Mercy and Phyna and solidifying her place in BBNaija history.
The reality TV show, known for its captivating blend of housemate interactions, intense competitions, and surprising plot twists, has once again captivated audiences in Nigeria and worldwide. Ilebaye faced harsh criticism and bullying from fellow housemates throughout the season, wrongly accused of dishonesty and playing the victim, amongst other things. Despite these challenges, she persevered and captured the hearts of countless fans, ultimately securing victory and the N120 million prize. Her remarkable journey from being a third evictee in BBNaija Season 7 (Level Up) to reigning champion of this edition is a testament to her resilience and determination.
The BBNaija All Stars edition was an exciting and diverse gathering of former housemates who had made an impression in previous show seasons. Carefully selected housemates and fan favourites from previous editions, including See Gobbe, Double Wahala, Pepper Dem, Lockdown, Shine Ya Eye and Level Up, brought their unique personalities and strategic gameplay to the competition. The edition was intense, blending talent, memorable characters and strategic players. Contestants from different backgrounds and parts of Nigeria came together to showcase their skills and compete for the grand prize of N120 million. It was a thrilling event that captivated audiences across the nation.
It’s worth mentioning that MoniePoint and HFM Nigeria were the headline and associate sponsors, respectively, of the BBNaija All-Stars edition. The competition featured 20 housemates, all vying for the grand prize of 120 million naira. Four housemate guests were brought in to maintain an exciting mix of characters and ease the pressure. In the last week, only six housemates remained to contend for the champion title, making it a thrilling finale filled with anticipation. Overall, the BBNaija All Stars edition was a constructive event showcasing the housemates’ talents and personalities.
In the show’s final minutes, the last three male housemates, namely Pere, Cross, and Adekunle, were evicted. CeeC, a female housemate, was also evicted shortly after. The final competition was held between Mercy Eke, a previous winner of the show, and Ilebaye. Ilebaye won the competition with 30 per cent of the votes, while Mercy received 23.84 per cent of the votes.
