President Museveni Meets NRM’S Top Leadership
The President of Uganda, and the National Chairman of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), Yoweri Kaguta on the eve of Christmas met and held discussions with the ruling party leadership led by the Secretary-General, Rt—Hon. Richard Todwong, at State Lodge, Nakasero.
The NRM Secretariat is yet to disclose details of what was discussed but sources privy to the meeting said the NRM top honchos heard from the President about the security situation in the country the economy and new strategies to make Uganda more resilient and self sustaining following the withdraw of World Bank fund among others .
The president also talked about the forthcoming global events NAM and G-77 plus China.
